Well, we finally closed on the house and iMove delivered our 295 packages on Friday. We have now unwrapped everything (and have a metric “boat”load of brown paper to recycle!) and unpacked many of the boxes, including as far as we can tell, all of the fragile items.

Guess what? ZERO damage, ZERO loss. Absolutely incredible. We’re totally blown away. Everything was really meticulously and intelligently packed and clearly was handled carefully in transit (includes iMove’s warehousing for 5 months).

I just wanted to send this to say a huge thank you, and I’ll send you a more formal letter of appreciation as soon as we get over the next week or so which will involve re-flooring the kitchen and putting lots of stuff away (therefore I will be tired and busy!).
